I’m all too familiar with the judgement, hate and negativity that we can have about our bodies. I’ve spent most of my life wishing I could get a refund on my body and exchange it for a new one, a smaller one. The likelihood of science advancing and this ever happening in my lifetime was near impossible, so instead, I focused on changing it myself. I spent much of my time and energy ‘fixing’ it with fad diets & punishing exercise regimes, I just wanted the magic pill.
So as it turns out, the magic pill doesn’t exist. Instead, I found something better. Something that would completely change my life and the way I viewed my body.

I started to treat my body like I would a best friend – with love, compassion, and acceptance. I swapped the hatred and judgement for kindness and respect. I worked on healing my relationship with my body to create one that was healthier, loving and caring. I stopped focusing on changing my body and now started embracing it for all that it could do for me. Becoming friends with my body has given me confidence, acceptance & freedom from society’s body & beauty standards. Frequently Asked Questions
How much of my time should I be dedicating to Body BFF Bootcamp each week?
I recommend at least 1-2 hours per week. That gives you enough time to watch the weekly trainings, complete the tasks & activities & start putting the resources & tools in practice!
Do I have to join the Facebook group?
The course will be run through the Facebook group so yes, you will need an account. If you don’t feel comfortable using your personal profile, feel free to create an alias.
Will I need to attend training at a specified time?
Not at all! The weekly training & activities will be published at the beginning of each week. You can definitely go at your own pace. If you want to participate in the live Q&A sessions, I highly recommend taking part at the specified time but if it’s not possible, it will be available to rewatch.
